A few notes

  • For matters that touch a specific product, please mention the product name in the first line of your email. We route by content, not by the address alone.
  • Card-level disputes (chargebacks, refund of a specific Paddle transaction) are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Your invoice from Paddle includes a direct link to their support.
  • We do not run a phone line. A written record helps both of us, and a thoughtful reply is usually faster than a hurried call.
